I was disappointed with the state of this play area during my recent visit. Several areas were poorly lit, making it difficult to see properly, as if some lights were out. The play equipment appeared worn and in need of maintenance, raising safety concerns. Additionally, the cleanliness of the space was questionable, which is especially concerning in an area meant for children.

I shared all of this including pictures in an email to the owner. But I wanted to be sure I share the experience here as well. I threw a party for my 4 yo son today at Bubala in Reisterstown. The party room itself was extremely run down. The paint is peeling and the furniture is torn apart - I’ve attached photos. I had my daughter’s birthday party here and I can say the young lady that helped me was friendly however the place was not clean at all . The party room had stains all over the wall. The overhead didn’t work and they had it rolled up and there were missing paint spots on the wall as well as the party room had an odor to it. The floor was sticky and if the party room isn’t being cleaned I can only imagine if the play area gets sanitized.

We had my daughter's second birthday party here and it was such a wonderful time. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place was clean. The playground is on the smaller side which actually makes it perfect for 2 and 3 year olds. The party room is a lovely blank canvas for decorating with plenty of space. The pizza was decent and came in hot right before lunchtime. They let you bring in cold food, deserts and drinks and they were so easy going.
