I used to love this place but the last two times I tried to take my kids it was closed. According their website I was there during operating hours. Phone calls are unanswered.

Not a place I care to go back too . The play area was very rundown and cluttered exposed wire where kids and parents could trip and fall sharpe edges on broker equipment. This place needs a major overhaul or update . Loose. Ceiling tiles about to fall and the floor piano did work . Also it was very dark no lights on .

Me and my son came here on Friday 5/31 a round 4:30 ish and had a great time the employee is very sweet and shes very polite and a great conversationalist the place was nice I also appreciate her for finding my son’s tablet as we left it after having so much fun the membership we used is also very great you save 6$ a visit will be back I will say the equipment could use a update

I recently took my daughter to the Pikesville Bubala Indoor Playground location at 3:50 p.m. The sign on the door said 10-5 p.m. It appeared to be closed as the lights were partially off, however, the door was open. We went inside only to find the employee hidden in one of the play areas with her tablet and it appeared she had been napping. We hosted our daughters 3rd birthday party here and although the children had fun in the play area, we won’t be returning for two important reasons: 1) The chairs provided for the children are hazardous because of their design, causing them to collapse under the toddlers weight and usually leading the kids to bang their faces or chins on the table in front of them.
