Just wonderful people and food. Intimate and friendly BYOB with both Laotian and Thai dishes.
Hidden gem. The chef is from Laos and he brought all of the delicious flavors and pristine cooking along. Unlike any place or around Philly. Easily beats all of my previously favorite restaurants
Delicious food! Pad Thai with beef, Laotian sausage with sticky rice all very tasty. Lychee juice was so good!
I am so mad I just discovered this place after all the years I’ve been living out here. I’ve been on the hunt for a Khao Poon soup since Stock in Philly closed years ago so I went on a hunt and found Bua Loy in Devon and I am blown away. This one is equally as good. This place is everything I’ve been needing, wanting, and missing in my life.
Food itself was ok - expensive for what you get. We had a few hairs in our order. Took a full hour longer than promised and no consideration or apology offered.
