This is a good Thai restaurant. with excellent service. Prices are a little bit on the high end, and dessert, especially, is expensive. It is open a bit later than other restaurants in the area, which is nice. Parking can be difficult if it’s crowded because the parking lot is small and the only other option is to park on the street.

It’s a shame; I’ve been eating there for years—though lately I usually get takeout—and I recommend the place to friends whenever I can. I went to dinner with my boyfriend to show him my favorite dish, but the service was terrible. We were seated, but the waiter was busy chatting with a coworker; if I hadn't spoken up, he wouldn't have come over to take our order. Had an amazing experience at BUA THAI KITCHEN! The Thai food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Pad See Ew and Pad Thai were especially delicious, with generous portions and perfectly balanced flavors. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A fantastic spot in Albany for authentic, satisfying Thai cuisine. Definitely a place I’d happily visit again!
