While I give the Pad Thai 4-stars, the service gets 2-stars because it was extremely slow with a lack of clear communication and good comprehension abilities (or skills). We waited over 40 minutes to be served and when asked how much longer, the response was “I don’t know, they’re very busy in the back”. Just woww, no words! Have been several times with my daughter. The food and service is fantastic. Had the pineapple fried rice and it did not disappoint. Their desserts are also wonderful.
It was our first time here and we were seated right away. The wait took a while for food to arrive but it was worth the wait and service was very good and friendly. The food was really good and the flavors and the quality was very much worth the wait .
We as a family, been a client or customers for this restaurant. 4 over a year, the food is really good. And it's awesome. But last week, I pick up food from them, and it was really terrible. I don't know what happened, so I called them to ask. If the change the chef or something, then they bring me a person from the back. And he tried to defend what is he then? Take any comment from me.
