I am beyond happy with my results! From the moment I walked in, the energy was amazing. Kaitlyn was so gentle throughout the entire process and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Not only is the hair color perfect, but the haircut is beautiful. I was hoping for something nice, but it turned out beyond amazing, it really exceeded my expectations. I’ve truly never felt more taken care of in a salon. I will definitely be back! ✨
I absolutely loved my experience with Kaitlyn & the B.U team! Kaitlyn was so kind and really paid attention to what I was looking for. She explained everything clearly and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted (if not better ). You can tell they really care about their work. I went to BU salon for laser hair removal. I can not say enough great things about Jaden. She is SOOOO educated about all the options for hair removal, she also breaks it down into terminology I could understand!!! Her energy is also sooo comforting, I just knew I was in great hands.
