Time management is lacking especially for a first time potential client. Way to make a first impression. I walked myself right out of there after 20 minutes of waiting past the appointment time. Not one person said anything to me when my appointment time came and then went and then went some more. The only communication was 10 minutes before my appointment when I was advised the stylist was just finishing up.
I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The PMU and spa services were handled by incredibly skilled and knowledgeable technicians who clearly take pride in their work. You can tell they’re beyond qualified and truly passionate about what they do. The whole experience was relaxing, luxurious, and left me feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality beauty services done right!
This was my first time bleaching my hair and it was by far the worst $500 I have ever spent. For starters, I figured there would be a few colours to choose from but Emily said there was only 1 purple and it turned out so dark that it didn't look like it was dyed at all.
