Fantastic service. Excellent communication. Incredibly helpful. Yaz and the team at Btuned went out of the way to help me when I was in a bind. My Volvo XC90 had lost all power but there were no error codes or warning lights. Yaz kept me informed every step of the way as they diagnosed the problem. I recommend them highly.
Serviced my Audi with Btuned for the first time as a new customer - experience overall was great. Courtesy car was unfortunately unavailable however they were able to offer drop-off and pickup to my home address, which was invaluable. Work seems to have been done well, includes a wash which is nice. Pointed out any items requiring attention, however not pushy when declined some.
Open and honest service without the BS. Would recommend
