Camden Council is using BTU for repairs wasting the taxpayers money for nothing their services are so poor my boiler broke down and job was raised with them trying to contact them over the phone on queue for hours no answer
I don’t know why Camden Borough Council is using this company to do the maintenance work for its houses.I had a new Boiler fitted in my flat, with in two year time I had several calls with fault to get fixed a new boiler and every time with the same kind of issue . I found the company unreliable and unprofessional, they keep cancelling appointments at last minute with similar excuses that they don’t have parts to fix the problem even after attending the job wasn’t completely resolved.
