Not sure why my review was deleted. Been calling for 25 mins straight, line went from dialling out to now a repeated automated message claiming I’m at queue position 2. Which has been intermittently put on throughout the day. Still waiting for an engineer for the third day this week to fix the boiler and heating. That’s 3 days of annual leave gone. I’ll be expecting compensation. And I’ll continue ringing till the call is answered and an engineer is at the property.

Damage to property and damage to kitchen goods. After fitting a new gas boiler. Last week. Been trying to get a answer on the phone for over an hour and 20min. One star to good.

After BTU 'serviced' my boiler, the heating stayed on warm 24/7 and the hot water was only warm. It took months to get them to fix it, in this freezing winter. They didnt turn up for one appt, no call or apologies. They never return calls or messages. Engineer left a mess for me to clean up. Avoid.
