Very satisfied with my experience with the BTTN team. The item I tried to order was unavailable but the incredible salesman I spoke with was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and get what I need in a timely manner. Will be ordering again!
I ordered a doppler and was quoted shipping of 5-7 business days. Over a month passes and they email me saying that they do not even have the product and they told me I could either continue to wait for the product or they could send me something else. I then told them no I don’t want any product and I wanted a refund at this point. They emailed be back and said fine they would refund me. I have placed an order two weeks ago and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted them through email & the person who responded, which by the way misspelled "shipping" told me that it'll be after Thanksgiving. It's 6 days past Thanksgiving & I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have sent several emails without receiving any response. I'll be contacting my back for a refund. Please do yourself a favor but not ordering from these scams again!
