The positive reviews are definitely people working within the company. Because who ever deals with them, knows how horrible they are. I was with them for a couple years thinking they would get better but I had an extremely disappointing experience with this accounting agency. I recently called this accounting firm for the first time to inquire about their tax services. The receptionist initially informed me that they are not currently accepting new clients. Then, she abruptly added that their services are too expensive, so I wouldn't be able to afford them anyway. I was quite disappointed with this response, as I hadn't even had a chance to discuss pricing or my specific needs further.
