Amazing I'm was 2 hrs from home broke down in Ardmore, my transmission started acting up, out of everyone I called these guys were amazing and kind. I had my daughter with me and Cedric my driver got here quickly got us loaded up and to a family members house in Huntsville. If it wasn't for y'all we would be stranded at a gas station. Thank you God for sending BT’s Towing to our rescue today! Flat tire on our camper on I65 where the shoulder was narrow and traffic was insane. Flat tire swapped out and we were on our way! Amazing customer service! Amazing young man was so nice, respectful and down right wonderful! #GlorytoGod
BT's is the BEST. We had a full van driving south on I-65 for spring break. At 2 am, our tire blew out, and vehicles are speeding past us at 75 mph. They are open 24 HOURS and answered our call right away. They were so kind and helpful, starting with the person who answered the phone, the guy who came out with his beautiful wrecker to put on the spare, to the guy who got out of his bed and met us at the facility to put on a new tire.
