We had the unfortunate experience of a screw in our tire last night while traveling back to Michigan from Gulf Shores. Lee responded to our call and discovered that the screw had not actually gone all the way through the tire. Lee came out at 1:30 AM and was an amazing professional. I’d work with Lee and BT’s anytime the need arises. Thanks for the help, Lee!
Our tire on our Tiffin Motorhome was leaking air on a Saturday morning and BT towing met us at the shop and found the problem and fixed the leaky valve. We can't thank you enough for your effective service and kindness. Much appreciated!
Very kind and helpful and affordable
I had them tow one of my trucks and they did a fantastic job getting it on the tow truck’s bed without damaging anything. The wheel bearing was coming off on the front passenger side and it was a bit of a challenge, but not for the truck oppressor. Guys are experienced and know what they are doing.
They were heaven sent! My husband and I were stranded on an exit ramp in a tractor-trailer (I know). Called, they sent someone out to us, the technician (nice guy) immediately detected the problem, towed us to a safe spot, found the part, then fixed it on site. Highly recommend!
