We’ve purchased from this company several times for our repair shop, though they are not our only supplier. Recently, we ordered a set of tires that turned out to be incorrect for our application. I’ve attempted to reach out multiple times but have not received any response. As a result, we’re now stuck with a customer’s vehicle waiting and have had to purchase another set of tires from a different supplier. Unfortunately, this experience has left a poor impression, and I don’t plan to order tires from this company again
I have been dealing with these guys for a little over a year now, have not had any problems. can always count on same day delivery if needed!
