Google Map shows opening hour is 10am, I am not sure may need to make an appointment before go there, but when I arrive the parking site opposite there 10:15am, it is closing. Also, I feel disappointed and hesitate to be there again as when I waiting on my car there, a guy saying he is a staff from BTS who sitting in a black car and I clearly heard he is arguing the parking issue with a kitchen man (wearing with apron), his wording and attitude is a kind of bullying, totally without any empathy and respect to others, "I don'... read more
The behavior of the owner of BTS Sheffield is very bad.
Mate got car whose repairs basically cost more than the car itself. Dealership not supportive at all and customer service below par when discussing the issue. Edit: new reviews were suddenly added to boost the ratings. Very suspicious.
Dealer went above and beyond to help me get my new car and I would highly recommend him to anyone. It was nice to deal with a car company that is more interested in getting you into a ride then taking you for one!!
So happy that we decided to purchase our new (used) car from BTS Sheffield. Miles above the competition in terms of the service we received - we never felt pressured, and always felt listened to. No shady tactics to try to get us to go over our budget.
