Kelly, Aaliyah, & Trista were our three main planners with BTS for our wedding in April 2025, and as we come up on our first-year anniversary, we are reflecting on how forever grateful we are for them. I worked with both Kelly and Jazzy on just a small project for our wedding. They assisted me with helping me create the vinyl dance floor of my DREAMS. I just voiced what I was looking for and on the first try, they got the color SPOT on. Easy to work with, super response and it just elevated our vision. I can’t say enough about how talented and creative the BTS team is. Every event I’ve worked with them on has been nothing short of amazing. They pour their hearts into their couples and it shows in every detail. Not only are they personable and kind, but they are also genuinely good humans. I’m not writing this to badmouth BTS or Trista Croce, but to share my honest experience so other brides can avoid the stress, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism I went through during what should’ve been a joyful time. My family hired BTS 1.5 years before my wedding. I was excited, especially since they had planned weddings for my husband’s cousins.
