Bad experience
This is our second review.We bought a Toyota CHR from BTS and within 10 days of delivery the car had a breakdown. so we contacted the BTS garage as we have 3 months warranty from garage and we have taken another 3 years of warranty from them , a platinum cover warranty which the sales manager encouraged us to take that one stating it covers everything for our car and there would be peace of mind if we have that warranty coverage. Thoroughly impressed with the overall service, and would highly recommend. I dealt with Rob from the offset and he was genuine throughout, everything that was said on the phone was true, and after travelling 2 hours to see the vehicle I couldn't be happier. Would definitely use in the future.
Recently we purchased a Toyota CHR and really disappointed with the delivery. On the day of viewing appointment and the day we transferred the full amount they made sure will have a good clean,polishing and full wallet before the delivery. unfortunately the car has been delivered with full dirt inside the bonett and even in the boot.
