As an AA patrol I was in the middle of nowhere with a vulnerable member miles from home and these guys saved the day, there was no other garage less than an hour away but BTS managed to source a tyre and get this member on their way home within minutes. Thank you everyone at BTS, very polite and an excellent service.
Had two tyres fitted today, ordered through Blackcircles, great service had wheel alignment done at the same time. Lovely people could not have been more helpful won't go anywhere else.
Proper garage, proper helpful. Very friendly and sorted us out swiftly when not a single other garage for hours around had any options for our tyre situation! Understood exactly why we needed a specific tyre but had lots of alternatives to get us by. Would be here all the time if we weren’t based 6 hours away!
