Our technician was wonderful. He called in advance notifying us that me might be late and informed us what time he would probably arrive at, which still ended up being within the window of time for the schedule. I had asked for air duct cleaning for the vents and for the dryer, but he checked the dryer and informed me it wasn't necessary as it was working properly, so that was nice.
