We have asked to upgrade our internet speed. Three months later still no upgrade. We have asked once over the phone, twice in person, an email and Facebook. Very poor internet company.
If your internet doesn't work, they'll tell you to get a new router. If it still doesn't work, they'll tell you there is nothing wrong on their side so you must have done something AND if it still doesn't work THEY CAN'T COME OUT AT 3:30 BECAUSE THEY'VE GOT A FOOTBALL GAME!!!
