Professional and No Pressure – I got four estimates on a new roof. But BTR was the only company that gave me a separate estimate for repair. Others roofers try to pressure you to get a "New" roof, but BTR worked within my budget. I felt comfortable with Kevin and decided on a new roof. Best new roof in town – Kevin gave us an estimante and explained the process of the installation of a new roof. The roof was installed within a few days after Kevin came out. Everything took place as described and the workers where on time and cleaned up all old debree and nails. David did the inspection two days after the installation and was very thorough. Great Job! Very Professional – I called BTR Roofing for an estimate which they were very quick to set up. Kevin came out to my house and explained everything about my roof and the products he was selling. I felt very comfortable with his presentation. I had my roof installed a week later and it is beautiful. I recommend BTR Roofing to anyone.
Prompt and Professional – I had a leak in my roof during the recent rains and had left a message late at night. I received a return call the following morning prior to 9:00am. They fit me into the schedule for an estimate that day and the actual repair was done within 2 days. It has rained since the repair was made and there is NO more leaking. Thanks BTR for your quick response. I will definitely refer you to my friends and family.
Didn't do the job right. Would not offer, nor agree to, any compromise to fix (at minimal time/cost) the problem. – I used BTR Roofing twice to replace blown-off shingles on the roof of my home. Twice the BTR roofers used shingles (different colors/styles) that didn't look like a good match, but the BTR roofers insisted their shingles were the closest match available.
