I worked with Brody to purchase a small overland trailer and that was a good experience. I paid to have all the system components (heater, water system, etc.) tested prior to delivery. When I turned on the water for the first time at home to do my own testing, there was a big water leak in the trailer. Obviously, the water system was not tested by BTR. Awesome support and service, BTR team has help me beyond technical questions, and personal challenges to bring my camper to Mexico. Even dough they are the newest At-Overland reseller, they have a lot of experience and communication with the maker to solve and advice over any question. Lynn at BTR Outfitters is great! Lynn’s coworker at Hanner RV could only focus on how “old” our 2012 RV is; didn’t even bother to offer up that BTR existed until I started questioning where he would suggest looking for a fan for an “old” RV. When I questioned, he told us about BTR. He assured us that he couldn’t find any replacement fans for our rv bc it was so “old”.
