Ben and his assistant sanded my living room and dining room floors, replaced floorboards, dug out concrete base where fireplace used to be and concrete area where the rooms joined. They also stained and varnished my floors. I can't recommend them highly enough, they took two and a half days and were efficient and did a great job. We have used Btown flooring in the past for floor sanding, but this time Ben and his team overboarded the ground floor of our house with American oak. We are very pleased with the new wooden flooring, the quality of the work was excellent. It looks stylish and is much quieter than the old boards. Ben’s team always arrived on time, and were a pleasure to have in the house.
