Bookie had a nasty attitude and do noy make her policies known. I feel like her customer service is something she needs to work on if she wants people to support her black owned business. Not only did she raise prices and consistently changed them in my face she gives off rude energy. There were no prices listed on any items. The store was a little dirty and cluttered. Love it and they always answer any hair questions you have.
Her prices are way to high I paid a $10 for a wig cap that’s normally $2.99 in every other beauty supply guess I’ll continue to make that trip to Indy for my hair supplies because ain’t nothing convenient about that store 🙄
This place is loaded with beauty supplies and the lady that owns it was so helpful and classy and funny!
