I can't say enough about Btone Waltham and the instructors! Each one has their own unique style, but all are engaging, friendly and fun to take classes from. Don't let the toney machines or group classes keep you from trying this unique exercise experience. Everyone is too busy concentrating on their own moves to notice what you are doing anyway! LOL It's a great workout unlike anything else I do!
Btone Waltham is my happy place! I love the instructors, the type of workout, and the friends I have made in the studio. The space is clean, the instructors are friendly and helpful, and classes fly by. The last three classes I have taken have been so challenging (in the best way) that my friend and I look up and there are only 5 minutes left in class. If you have not already, check out Btone Waltham, I promise you will not be disappointed!
I love Btone Waltham! The instructors are so great and educated. They always make sure we have correct form and each class is fun and changes every day. I really love the classes and I love the 5:45/6am classes

Excellent studio! All the instructors are great :) I leave each session energized and keep coming back. One of the best studios in the area!
