I can’t say enough great things about BTO Sports! I stopped by late on a Friday to pick up two youth helmets, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. The young woman working there was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our kids. Never buying from BTO again. I was told by Matthew that my exchange was going to be processed when the package arrived, but I only got a partial refund instead of an actual exchange. I asked twice about the exchange over e-mail, first time all my questions were just ignored by Chase. After that, Matthew said BTO would process the exchange once they got the package.
