I’ve been ordering from BTO Sports for a while now, and they never disappoint! Everything from helmets and boots to performance upgrades is clearly listed, competitively priced, and ships fast. Customer service is awesome — responsive and helpful when I had an issue or question. My last order arrived ahead of schedule. If the gear doesn’t work right, they are quick to make it right or help find the right product even if they don’t carry it on their website. Highly recommend to all motocross and dirt bike riders!
Had almost a nightmare experience trying to get customer service to process a transaction for me online. Emails and online tickets going back and forth for nearly a week, answering the same questions, just getting the run around. I was one phone call away from calling my credit card company and filing a dispute/chargeback. Then I saw BTO Sports had a phone number I could call. Spoke with EmmySue and she was AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about BTO Sports! I stopped by late on a Friday to pick up two youth helmets, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. The young woman working there was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our kids. She took the time to make sure they had the perfect fit, answered all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Never buying from BTO again. I was told by Matthew that my exchange was going to be processed when the package arrived, but I only got a partial refund instead of an actual exchange. I asked twice about the exchange over e-mail, first time all my questions were just ignored by Chase. After that, Matthew said BTO would process the exchange once they got the package.
