First time there and initially thought it was an office but the team directed us to their store front. Not the biggest but they'll give the best deals on the spot. If they have it in the back lucky for you if not they can order it on the spot.

Ordered on Sunday, its thursday. Still not even a shipping label created. Will not be ordering again. UPDATE, its now sunday.... one week and nothing, not even email response.
First ever review here. I ordered a pair of boots that were on a mega sale, when i had not received shipping info after a week i contacted BTO on the phone, surprisingly a real person answered right away, no menu, not bots. I was informed unfortunately that although my payment went through a few other people had ordered at the same time and the boot i ordered was out of stock.
