I ordered a pair of boots that were on a mega sale, when i had not received shipping info after a week i contacted BTO on the phone, surprisingly a real person answered right away, no menu, not bots. I was informed unfortunately that although my payment went through a few other people had ordered at the same time and the boot i ordered was out of stock. Placed an order during Black Friday deals this year. Ordered some pads, pants and boots. Received an email from Ben at BTO saying "I just wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your order from BTO Sports. BTW, Fox Racing - Motion Boot is a great pick!". Only problem, they over-sold them. Had to call them in order to find out why the order was taking so long. Stuff happens though so tried to find a replacement boot. I’ve been ordering from BTO Sports for a while now, and they never disappoint! Everything from helmets and boots to performance upgrades is clearly listed, competitively priced, and ships fast. Customer service is awesome — responsive and helpful when I had an issue or question. My last order arrived ahead of schedule. If the gear doesn’t work right, they are quick to make it right or help find the right product even if they don’t carry it on their website. Highly recommend to all motocross and dirt bike riders!
Had almost a nightmare experience trying to get customer service to process a transaction for me online. Emails and online tickets going back and forth for nearly a week, answering the same questions, just getting the run around. I was one phone call away from calling my credit card company and filing a dispute/chargeback. Then I saw BTO Sports had a phone number I could call. Spoke with EmmySue and she was AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about BTO Sports! I stopped by late on a Friday to pick up two youth helmets, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. The young woman working there was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our kids.
