Working with Sunny Dharni was the best thing that happened to me as an executor. He is very professional, empathetic and very thorough. He also treated my old friend who was hard of hearing, with so much respect and patience. His team members, Kathryn and Georgina were always on top of things and communicated promptly with me. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. In January, I contacted them seeking legal assistance for a slip-and-fall incident that occurred at my workplace. I explained that I am pregnant and that the property owner is a third party, so I needed help initiating a claim against them. I was told that a lawyer named Daniel would be able to assist me and would be in touch. I must say that BTM is first rate. On a recent matter, even the counsel on the other side complimented them.
