I can't speak highly enough about this place. They are so nice and helpful. I went in for a what I was told a bent rim. The rim was not bent but they did notice my tire was put on weird so they fixed it free of charge. Unfortunately, when I was pulling out of the lot - I got in a minor car accident. They came out and helped me/calmed me down. The guys were so nice to me in such a stressful situation. I've gone to BTI Wheels on at least three different occasions over the years. Each time Brandon and Jennifer go above and beyond to resolve my wheel/tire problems. BTI is amazing in that they can repair your cracked or damaged wheel (from hitting pot holes or from an auto accident, etc.). They are also able to change your wheel color so your stock wheels look custom. These guys are terrific. Brandon does fantastic work and I recommend friends, family, and clients to BTI Wheels.
OK, these guys are fantastic! Fixed a bent wheel and welded another with a slow leak and had it done less than 24 hours later. All for the cost of fixing 1 wheel at the “other guys”. 2 for the price of 1. You guys are the best!

I dont usually do review but BTI wheels did such amazing job on my wheels. I had to give them a review. They were so kind and caring about my wheels. So awhile ago I bought some wheels on ksl didn't know much about wheels back then, just knew that they had to have the correct lug nut patter size. On the wheels i bought they needed some different style lug nut called mag lug at the time I didn't know about them. I don't normally write reviews but BTI Wheels impressed me from the very first contact. Very fast on returning text message even after hours. The welded a spot on my Mercedes wheel which resolved the problem. Great job and very reasonable. It was back on the car within a couple of hours. Even better... There was absolutely no up-sell. The staff was very professional, got the job done, and I was back on the road. Nice to know there are honest people still out there.
