BTI communicates well, sends pleasant technicians, cleans up after the service, and does a great job.
Overall, the team does a good job washing & applying stain &/or clear coat as necessary. However, two areas were concerning to me, which reflects in the lower rating: #1) When they arrived, they asked which product we use on our home? We only use permachink which we thought was being used for the last 2 years with your service. Very professional!
Today I had my annual log wash with BTI. And once again, I was lucky to have Tori back again for a second year along with her coworker Vaughn. I love how she's been coming to my house for 2 years now. That shows that she is invested and helping me maintain my log home. That kind of passion is hard to find. Before she left she was already outlining the projects for next year. So I look forward to having Tori back again next year to continue taking care of my log home.
