Quality of the maitenance is excellent. They are very well organized from an operational standpoint.
Today I had my annual log wash with BTI. And once again, I was lucky to have Tori back again for another year. She is so hard working and kind. And like last year, she outlined what we would be focusing on next year. That shows that she is invested and helping me maintain my log home. That kind of passion is hard to find.
