If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a part on Tuesday morning and paid for overnight shipping. The wrong part arrived. They then reordered it. The correct part arrived Friday. Went to pick it up and they had charged for overnight shipping for the wrong part!! I asked why and Jakob Breit said they still have to pay the shipping even though it was the wrong part. He then rudely said they would wave it this time and continued to be rude for the rest of the transaction. There was no need to be rude.
Had apt Friday morning. They said couldn't make it and would be there after lunch. Didn't show. Said they would be here this morning first thing. Still waiting
