Brian Thelan of BTI Construction made my dream kitchen come to life! A major remodel of my entire first floor including kitchen was on time, on budget, and exactly how I had hoped it could turn out. Brian takes great pride in his work and I could not be happier with the results. He solved several problem that could have proved expensive because he has experience, knowledge, and a great team of sub-contractors. Great work ethic! I would recommend BTI and Brian for any project you may have.
We were going to get new cabinets from Menard's, but I'm glad we looked into refacing. BTI gave us a reasonable bid to put on new shaker doors and paint the exterior of the existing cabinets, which were in perfectly good shape. Really glad that Brian talked us into a single 6-foot door to replace a a 4-foot door and 2-foot door. Nice streamlined look. It looks a lot better than the "70s" cabinets we had in this 1925-house. And Brian is a really nice guy to boot.
Couldn't be more pleased with Brian. Our master bath was awful. Took in 7 bids and did my research. Brian at BTI was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and just a down to earth nice guy. Felt very comfortable from start to finish. Tough job due to my 1927 house. His bid was spot on even not knowing what he would find in such an old home. Took it down to the studs and created a brand new beautiful bathroom. Outstanding contractor!!!
