At the pilot in Rising Fawn, GA: Called BTD for an issue on my truck, gave minimum information but still he went to problem solving it. First we made clear what the callout charge would be then on to the issues. They came out working with me on solving the issues as they occurred , not rushing me or themselves at all. (ALL THIS IN DRIZZLING RAIN) Actually they alerted me to information that Volvo would prefer to retain for a shop fee (hidden in-line fuses) . A-10 Warthogs---- Issue SECURED.
We had an emergency breakdown on the highway pulling a stock trailer hauling 9 Quarter Horses. Trooper escorted us to exit 11 and we pulled into Tractor Supply parking lot. This team came directly to our rescue and enabled us to continue our journey from Pennsylvania to Florida. We highly recommend these guys! Thanks again! #GodSpeed
