I put a stop payment on ach and all future payments. I still have that coming out of my acct anyways. They say it has to hit acct first then be sent back. I stopped the ach in the first place because im currently unemployed and the website gives no option to reschedule payments. And the phone number sends me on an AI nightmare auto loop. I had to give a detailed acct as to why I have not changed the date of payments to the bsnk teller and book keeping.Explained to them again why. I feel the bank is a well oiled machine. The tellers are able to be tellers take care of daily transactions quick, and happily. The loans were easy to get and had great terms, however they don’t report the loans to any major credit company. Over all a great bank that’s efficient and quick.
