So charming! Everything - the decor and products - feels like it's been selected with such care. Beautiful, unique arrangements. Sloan clearly has an artist's eye.

Sloan was AMAZING and I highly recommend Botan flowers! I am from out of state, and I found myself needing flowers for delivery in Buffalo late on Friday night. To no one’s surprise, all of the flower shops were closed. Botan was having an event, so they happened to be open when I called. I explained my situation to Sloan and she was extremely kind and helpful and told me even though they were technically closed, she would help me out and take my order and make sure it go delivered! This is the flower shop of my dreams. Sloan helped my son curate his own bouquet. She was so kind and helpful. This is the place to go if you want variety and quality that you can’t find at any other shop in western New York.
