The fellow at BT tire went above and beyond for us! Made a service call, was fast and efficient. He did a temporary road side repair on tire and had us follow him to his shop where in a matter of minutes we were safely back on the road. We had thought we had a kit in the vehicle for tire repairs and it was not in there!! 🙄 But this guy was amazing!! I rolled up unannounced with a slow leaking tire. Brandon came out of his unassuming garage and jacked up the car, found the leak (tiny metal bit) and patched it inside of 15 minutes for a completely reasonable cash payment. Why can’t service everywhere be like this? I also watched him fix it and he taught me how to use a tire plug/patch kit for next time I’m in the backcountry. Don’t bother to go anywhere else in this region for tire needs.

The best service and help during a rough series of events. Shredded our tire and tried to limp into Cache Creek for help, ended up with a low oil warning out of nowhere. BT employee ended up being behind us on the highway and pulled over after talking with us on the phone, took the dead tire and oil type and was back 30 mins later with a jug of oil and a Tire that can get us home plus a retorque once we got rolling again.
