I just witnessed someone I know try and talk to this company's owner and I am APPLAUDED by how rude and unprofessional the lady, Joanne, was. Somewhere along the line, a mistake was made whether on the end of the person I know or theirs is unclear. However, the person I know was trying to make it right and see what can be done but all Joanne could do was blame them and could not admit to her company ever making a mistake!
