Kennon,our technician was absolutely amazing. He walked me through everything he was doing and troubleshooting ideas. We had geothermal and it has proven to be very frustrating as the original home owners didn't have everything to code. I called BT Reynolds and they came the very next day. Others places I had had to wait 3-5 days. They we prompt and the technician explained everything very well. They had great pricing. Couldn't beat this experience. Prompt, knowledgeable, great price.
