Soris is awesome. I had already spent $$$ on a custom set of orthotics that did NOTHING for my high arches, so when she handed me the pair she had made for me, I was super skeptical. BUT. She saved me. Literally. Now I walk without pain.

I rarely leave a review, so it’s either amazing or terrible and unfortunately this was the latter. On the phone, they failed to notify me that I needed an appointment. I needed orthotics urgently so I walked in + waited an hour only to be told there is no time today. The office they are in is also cramped and stuffy. Eventually called to schedule. My orthotics from BT Orthotic Labs changed my life. Severe foot pain and gait problems were markedly improved after consulting with Soris. Soris designed custom orthotics which are monitored annually. She is a true professional who combines experience with compassion.

I can’t say enough positive things about BT Orthotic Labs. The office staff is amazing and Soris is a foot genius. Soris customizes orthotics and foot braces that make it possible to handle any daily activity. I highly recommended this establishment, your feet will thank you!!!!!

I truly thought no orthotic could possibly help my foot pain until I met Soris. After trying on the first orthotic she designed, I walked out of her office crying because I could have never imagined walking without pain again. I did not understand just HOW custom this orthotic would be. It is always a pleasure to see Soris and each time we meet she is happy to hear updates and help me make any adjustments if need be. She works tirelessly to serve two locations and I have never felt rushed. Soris gave me my life back.
