I had a concerning experience at this salon. During acrylic removal, an employee used a sharpened plastic nail to pry off my acrylic, which caused an injury to my natural nail and cuticle. I was in pain and pretty upset, but the owner stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation with care. She cleaned the area, finished my nails herself, and reduced the price. I appreciate how the owner responded, but the initial technique used was not safe, and I hope the salon ensures better training to prevent this from happening to ... read more
