I had a concerning experience at this salon. During acrylic removal, an employee used a sharpened plastic nail to pry off my acrylic, which caused an injury to my natural nail and cuticle. I was in pain and pretty upset, but the owner stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation with care. She cleaned the area, finished my nails herself, and reduced the price. I have been coming to Van for almost 3 yrs now and I have never felt so pampered. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy. She is great with nail design too. She is my ho to for Everything including waxing. All the women are super nice. I love this place.
