Extremely disappointing, paid 2k for a machine here and unable to replace a single wheel. Wont be buying kubota again. EDIT FOR JACK, “my situation” was a broken wheel, the solution given to me was to go anywhere else for kobota equipment. Lowering this down another star for the fact that I couldn’t even get a price, let alone replacement service from this business

B & T are so supportive to their customers! Wonderful to experience. I purchased a snow blower a few years back and they are always available to answer questions or offer service promptly. I would highly recommend giving them your business as they support their customers even after the purchase.
