I called in July and paid first payment for my window to get fixed. They came out did measurements and came back two week later with window and the measurements were incorrect. So they said it would take two weeks for new window to come in. Well I never heard from them anymore. I called them Sept 28 and asked about my window being fixed. Wish I would have read the reviews on this company before calling them out for an estimate. We are turning one of our spare bedrooms into a gym room and request an estimate for putting up mirrors on my walls. The individual spend about 30 minutes in the room taking measurements. Once he was done he comes out and tells me that someone from the office will be emailing the quote to me on Monday. When he left I went in the room to put my equipment back where it was. Hands down the best experience so far with a glass company. These guys had built the frameless in the home I purchased 4 years ago and were easy to work with when I wanted to make some upgrades. Then when we moved into our new home we wanted a pretty custom set up in the master and they were clear about what can and can't be done so I knew my options. Quality work, I recommend calling these guys before making any final decisions. They are extremely knowledgeable.
Seems as if these folks cannot get someone out as promised. If you have time to sit around and wait, then this is the place for you.
B&T Glass & Mirror did an amazing job with our shower!!!!! They have wonderful customer service, great prices and everything was done on time once again.
