Had a 911 last Thursday and the crew at BT Diesel saved the day! Driving up north I hit a bolt on the road. I barely made it to the repair shop before all air was out of my tire. The gals up front welcomed me and said let me go talk to the boss. The owner dropped everything, plugged my tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. You don’t find people like that anymore! Highly recommend this place.
Brought my truck to them in June. It's now January and they haven't so much as looked at it. Kept getting the run around how he's so swamped. I get busy but 8 months? Half the time they wouldn't answer or call back. Kind of scatter ran. Don't recommend unless you have a year or better to wait! The kicker was they had no limit on what it would cost. I don't know if it's something personal or what but very very poor customer service
