We've tried pan rolls and cutlets from B&T and they make Sri Lankan cuisine proud. Unlike the ubiquitous hard- crusted-potato filled poor-cousins you most often come across, these ones are soft-crusted-meat-filled and delectable as they're supposed to be. B&T is also up there with courteous and punctual service. I will keep going back to them for Sri Lankan food catering.
