Brian and his staff are always a pleasure to work with. They communicate well to make sure your party will go off without a hitch! Also, the bouncy houses are always clean!! Thank you for providing a wonderful service. :)
They NEVER showed up NEVER called!! My sons 5th birthday party was ruined! We ordered a big inflatable, canopys, tables, and chair's and nothing was delivered. They sent us multiple emails leading up to the party but when we did not get a call the day before to set up a delivery time (as the previous emails stated they would) we called them. Horrible experience. We had a bday party on 5-13. The bouncy house/slide kept deflating, kids were getting caught underneath. We called to have someone come out to fix it. However, they were unable to rectify the problem. At no point did we have a fully inflated bouncy. We requested a full refund and they agreed that it was not too much to ask. Brian did my friend very wrong...in fact this review thing to help his business was all my friends idea...My friend won't tell everyone about Brian the Owner or Zach the 3% owner. Every post will be another thing they did dirty to my friend.
I would never use another party rental company other than B.T. Bouncies! I was able to book a dunk tank and multiple bounce houses on their website which was very convenient. After you book your party online they call you to confirm all the details and find out if there is anything else they can assist you with which made me feel confident I was in good hands. Thank you B.T. Bouncies, keep up the great work!
