omg! What a nightmare! David Anzures! I had him do a couple of jobs for me. None were done to expectations! His work is less than acceptable! BEWARE!!! I'm glad that he is out of my life finally after many months of dealing with him. I paid him but the work he promised and the work he accomplished is unsatisfactory... First of all I don't beg for money I ask for draws as the project is being progressed. Second my customer is the one that approves the work before going forward or receiving more money. She constantly said how she was happy with the work. We agreed on one thing and then she would change it, example the concrete. She requested concrete poured in front of her home once we took out the rock wall that was there.
