Best place to purchase grooming products for men.
Very disappointed with the product I purchased on April 21. I purchased a perm on Monday April 21. I then went to perm my hair on Tuesday April 22. The perm obviously was no good. It never took in my hair. The Manufacturer date was 10/23 and BB (but by) was 10/26. I asked to see the owner, never got to see him to express my concerns.
