The lady in the wig section is very very rude. She has a lot of piercings & colors in her hair. Her attitude complety stinks. An older lady asked her for help & she snapped at her. I will never come back to this store. Respect goes along way. She is always angry. Horrible customer service!
My friend and I were looking for a lace front wig and we couldn’t decide which one we liked but someone with pink hair and baddie nails came up to us, she was so nice and considerate, and she even showed us something we might like that wasn’t put out yet, which is the one we fell in love with! This was my first time here and I was in awe, I felt I was in heaven!! And even the customer service was great, and they even had products I’ve been having a hard time looking for!! This place is a 10/10!!
Terrible customer service bought hair from there and I did not even use the hair and they refused to take back the hair that wasn’t damaged or opened will never shop here again!!! No refund or store credit offered.

I came in looking for a wig and Nelly did an awesome job of helping me. I don’t know how to do a lace front and she gave me all the tips I needed to feel confident in installing it on my own!! She cut and sprayed the lace front for me and advised me of what isles to go to for other products that I needed.. She made my store experience so easy and I was able to go right to what I needed instead of aimlessly walking around the store trying to figure things out..I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time which made my shop... read more
