Store manager was nice but policies are not verbally stated. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there and they do not do refunds and are uncooperative. They are quick to take your money but are reluctant to give it back even after returning something 2 minutes later. Terrible policies.

I always used to shop in this hair store. Come there often never spending anything less than 50 bucks. Today I bought an item and it didn't fit my device. Not only was the manager the one that assist he smiling in my face telling me I can't exchange the item because I opened it. How do I know if it fits if I don't try it on my device. The package it came in can simply be stapled and sold. But he stated it was damaged. I did no damage to the item not the packaging. I will NEVER go here again. i loveeeee to come here the products are priced well and the girls at the front are always nice and willing to help find something they have everything

The prices on the shelf can say one thing and the register can say another. After telling the cashier that the price on the shelf was different she didn’t care to look or change the price to accommodate the situation. She also explained the price scanned is the correct price with a slight attitude. I won’t be going back. Most things are over priced as well.
