One of the best cosmetics stores for me, I love buying work materials and personal products in this store. congratulations BSW!🥰
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at BSW. I felt like I was being watched the entire time, basically racial profiling. The cashier stared at me in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable, and I couldn’t even focus on getting what I needed. I will never return to this BSW location. The one at Sheridan Mall treats customers respectfully. Not all Black people steal, and this treatment is completely unacceptable. They need to pay attention to everyone, not just single out certain customers

The only thing I will say about this establishment is this. If you’re willing to sell products made for BLACK audiences, be ready to be nice and treat that black audience with RESPECT and like fellow human beings . You can’t decide to make money of black people, while still hating them. Those two Can NOT coexist because it Just doesn’t work that way.
