I am disgusted by the managers behavior.Today i went in to make a complaint about a wig i purchased 1 week ago and he stated that their wigs don't shed..I told him that the wig has a bald patch after passing my brush through it,never worn and he asked if I purchased the wig off the manequin(the disrespect).I then went off on him stating if not for black people they won't get any sales.Momd you,I've been going there for years,I live in Vaughn.

I don’t know if he was the manager but the older Asian man who was helping with the checkout is completely unprofessional. He was yelling at me saying the store was closing soon but I was already walking toward the checkout. While he was cashing me out, he walked away to deal with customers who were walking in. He didn’t want to cash me out because it was 1 minute after closing. Eventually, I was able to pay for my stuff but I’d called him out on his rude customer service. I was ASSAULTED by the manager over a receipt. PLEASE READ. I want to bring to you attention an encounter that occurred in your mall on May 31 2025 at approximately 1410h. The employee cashed me out and did not offer me my receipt after I used Apple Pay to complete the purchase but proceeded to crumple the paper and throw it the garbage.
