This place is supposed to be open at 9:30am and it’s 9:36am and It’s still closed. That’s awful
I’m so happy that I was able to get an affordable and professional hair style (with these faux locks on sale) in the Fields Corner store. The store reps was really nice and sometimes it hard city like Boston or the New England area to find quality hair care outside of Sally’s and other stores, that cater directly to the BIPOC community. So unprofessional, employees don’t make eye contact, are passive and just rude. Management isn’t any better rather than receiving feedback they had the same attitude as the staff dismissive and accommodating. I’ll be buying from Amazon moving forward better prices and better quality. The security guard was the only thing hospitable about this place and that’s saying allot.
They suck like hell I found a wig and the manager was rude she said she can’t help me so she sent someone else next thing you know the wig was more than what it’s said disappointing and disrespectful and they all lie I would not recommend anyone in their right mind to go to this place unless they wanna catch a case
