This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in a beauty supply store — and that is saying a lot. The associate in the wig section was rude, dismissive, visibly annoyed, and completely uninterested in helping. Basic questions were met with attitude and zero effort. Her lack of professionalism was so obvious that her off-the-clock coworker had to step in, along with another woman who wasn’t even assigned to that section, just so I could get basic assistance.
