Buyer be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a product from the store and returned it the very next day unopened not damaged with the receipt . The cashier proceeded to tell me. To read the policy on the receipt. Make sure and read it because it is very contradictory !! Basically anything you buy in the store is nonrefundable and you can only get credit!! here is a picture! These stores are always located in Dorchester, Mattapan and Roxbury so they really don’t care about our community is my thought !

Rude Staff, brought an electric razor gave me issues same day! try to return or exchange with receipt and they was not allowing it, the same day! just took me for my money. If you reading this I would go somewhere else.

They sell fake electronics to go along with there no return policy. Horrible customer service. Go to the Roslindale store before this one

Very unprofessional here. The website states they close at 8 pm but they shut their doors earlier than that. I came exactly at 7:50 and they told me I could not go in and shop even though they were open for 10 more minutes. I got threatened to get the police called on me by one of the black female workers simple because I wanted to get what I needed and go. Very disappointed by this visit.
